MACADAMIA NUTS Macadamia nuts are indigenous to the region where our farm is situated in northern NSW. They are a high energy food and are also a good source of protein, calcium, vitamins and fibre. The oils in macadamia nuts are 78% mono unsaturated and have been found to have a beneficial impact on improving blood lipid and cholesterol profiles.
Macadamia nuts are delicious eaten straight from the pack as a nutritious snack or they can be incorporated into a wide range of recipes and may be substituted for any other nut.Our nuts are available in three sizes, 200gm, 400 gm and 1kg packs.
We make a variety of nut butters from our macadamias and also produce a versatile cold pressed oil that can be used in cooking and salads. To find out more about these products, click on the links
