DAVIDSONS PLUMS Davidsons plums are indigenous to the region where our farm is situated in northern NSW. They are highly regarded as a gourmet bush food due to their vibrant colour and intense flavour. Davidsons plums have a unique taste and have been found to have very high Vitamin C and antioxidant levels. The characteristic piquant taste of the plums combined with other organic ingredients create flavour sensations that will tantalise your taste buds. DAVIDSONS PLUM JAM has an intense sweet/tart flavour that is delicious on fresh bread either by itself or with our macadamia butter DAVIDSONS PLUM COULIS is a sweet, smooth sauce that looks stunning and tastes fantastic on ice cream and yogurt. It can also be used with sparkling mineral water as a cordial or as a mixer in cocktails. DAVIDSONS PLUM ASIAN STYLE HONEY AND GINGER SAUCE has a hint of chilli - a perfect dipping sauce for spring rolls, a marinade or drizzled over steamed rice. DAVIDSONS PLUM PASTE is our newest product and is recommended for your cheese plates. Combined with organic honey, sugar, ginger and aniseed myrtle the plums make a wonderful accompaniment to your favourite cheeses.
